They have a wide range of products for different applications, such as slag lines and mechanical effects on ladle bottoms. Choosing the right combination for each application results in uniform wear of the lining and therefore a considerable reduction in costs.

Dolomite bricks, carbon dolomite bricks, carbon magnesium dolomite bricks, magnesite bricks, carbon magnesite bricks, carbon magnesite alumina bricks, carbon alumina bricks, dolomite ramming and filling preparations, magnesite ramming preparations for projections, spraying and repairs, magnesite concrete and EAF blocks.

Dolomite refractories (bricks and compounds) are produced from a dolomite sinter in a double sintering process that gives the refractory material constant physical and chemical properties.

This raw material is produced by Calcinor in its plant in Bueras (Dolomitas del Norte), achieving vertical integration and closing the production cycle of the value chain.

The main advantages of this dolomitic lining as follows:

-High stability of the composite oxides.
-Optimal desulphurisation and deoxidation of the steel.
-Improved castability.
-The CaO contained in dolomite favours desulphurisation.
-Improved insulation, which leads to energy savings.
