REINFORCING STEEL IN COILS (UNIFER)
The coils with diameters between Ø5 - Ø10 mm for smooth wire and between Ø4 - Ø16 mm for ribbed wire are produced using the loop-to-loop process. At the customer's request, the coils can be produced with the wire winding in non-linear mode, making the product standard. The rebar coils are produced for the Italian market in grades B450A and B450C, for the French market in grades B500A and B500B and for the Swiss market in grades B500A and B500B.
REINFORCEMENT MESH FOR STRUCTURAL APPLICATIONS
UNIFER manufactures reinforcement mesh with a diameter of up to 26 mm for the realisation of large construction projects. These reinforcement meshes are used for retaining walls, dams, tunnels, bridge piers and bridge decks, slabs and foundation slabs. For the Swiss market, UNIFER can produce K-188 & K-355 and also customised meshes.
CUSTOMISED REINFORCEMENT MESH
UNIFER has specialised in the production of customised reinforcement mesh. As the basis of the implementation plan, reinforcement mesh is produced in various shapes, diameters and dimensions. In addition, UNIFER is able to weld different diameters and lengths as well as coupled wires in the longitudinal direction. These reinforcement meshes fulfil all the technical requirements of the relevant construction standards.
